Spiritual Blessings

“All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes.God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.” (Ephesians 1:3-5, NLT)

“Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance form God, for He chose us in advance , and He made everything work out according to His plan.” (Ephesians 1:11, NLT)

If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there Your hand will guide me, and Your strength support me. I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night – but even in darkness I cannot hide from You. To You, the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are the same to You.

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complete! Your workmanship is marvelous – how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, and I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life is recorded in Your book.
