Excerpts from Psalms 33 and 34

“Let the godly sing for joy to the Lord; it is fitting for the pure to praise Him. Praise the Lord with melodies on the lyre; make music for Him with the ten-stringed harp. Sing a new song of praise to Him; playing skillfully on the harp, and sing with joy.

For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything He does. He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing low of the Lord fills the earth.” (Psalm 33 1:5, NLT)

“We put or hope in the Lord. He is our help and our shield. In Him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in His holy name. Let Your unfailing love surround us, Lord, for our hope is in You alone.” (Psalm 33:20-22, NLT)

“I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak His praises. I will boast only in the Lord; let all who are helpless take heart. Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness; let us exhale His name together. ” (Psalm 34:1-3, NLT)

“Come, my children, and listen to me, and I will teach you to fear the Lord. Does anyone want to life a life that is long and prosperous? Then keep you tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies! Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it.

The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right; His ears are open to their cries for help. But the Lord turns His face against those who do evil; He will erase their memory from the earth. The Lord hears His people when they call to Him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, He rescues those who spirits are crushed.” (Psalm 34:11-18, NLT)

We would love to hear from you!
